You can purchase a trip or make a reservation by contacting our Travel Councilors, or by visiting our website. At that time, we will ask you to provide some basic information (such as your name, phone number, date of birth, and other pertinent information) so that we can identify you, follow up with you and process your purchase. In order to provide the best travel experience we will ask for other information. Below are some of the things we ask for:
Unless we are booking your flight, we need your flight information in order to properly arrange any necessary airport pick-up or drop-off services and/or to ensure that you will have adequate time to get to the airport for your flights home. In some instances passport information may be needed because it is required by our local service providers (e.g. a hotel or a ship), or to facilitate your further transportation while on a trip organized by us.
Many people prefer, or are required to follow certain diets. Some people have allergies that need to be identified. We try to accommodate these choices and needs whenever possible. Therefore, we ask questions about your dietary needs and preferences and try our best to meet those needs. Our guides contact hotels and restaurants in advance to help us meet this objective.
We ask questions about your age and gender. Sometimes we ask about your physical fitness level to ensure that your trip will be fun and safe.
Evia strives to provide you with the highest level of personal service. Our Travel Counselors record the special requests or preferences that are specified at the time of your booking. For example, on a trip with wine tasting it’s always good for us to know: Do you prefer white or red! This information is passed on to your guides and enables them to meet and we hope, exceed all of your expectations. Also, our guides may pass on information about special requests to hotels and restaurants to ensure a great trip for you, our traveller. We maintain a record of this information to ensure that on subsequent trips these personal preferences continue to be accommodated. We also keep a record of past trips you have taken with us to help us understand the type of activities or trips you prefer and to determine what information (i.e. about new or revised trips) you might find interesting.
We have regular newsletters, sometimes telling about our trips and sometimes just telling a travel story. To sign up for this service simply give us your name and email address. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We recognize the importance of providing you with a choice.
