DAY 1 NAPLES

Our guides will take you to the lively historic center of Naples. Continue through the colorful market district where you will be reminded of the Italy of your imagination as seen in old films. For dinner, savor the ambiance of local cuisine and culture enjoying “la vera cosa” (the real thing): pizza in the city where it first originated.

The walk: 5 kms. /3.1 miles

Day 2 POMPEII/POSITANO

Following breakfast, the day begins with an excursion to Pompeii where an expert guide will take you on a private walking tour of these iconic ruins. After your visit to the historic Pompeii you continue to the charming seaside town of Sorrento. Tonight dinner is on your own but your guide will help you choose the perfect spot.

The walk: 4 kms. /2.5 miles

DAY 3 POSITANO

Hike along the Sentero Degli Dei or Path of the Gods, renowned for its rugged terrain and picturesque scenery. The spectacular scenery never disappoints. Lunch in one of our special spots carefully chosen by our guide. Following lunch, descend back to Positano. This afternoon is own your own to meander through the streets, explore the serpentine alleys, beachfront charm, the shops, to luxuriate by the pool, or hire a boat to the green grotto. Dinner on your own at one of the many local restaurants.

DAY 4 CAPRI

A local ferry takes you across the waters for an incredible day trip to the Isle of Capri. Enjoy a typical southern Italian lunch and walks that take in speculator vistas of the Bay of Naples. Time permitting, you can ride the cable car to Mount Solario, Capri’s highest point. You will be treated to astounding views of the sea and island.

DAY 5 RAVELLO

Start the morning walk from Ravello. You’ll visit the lovely gardens of the Villa Cimbrone and the Villa Rufolo. In the afternoon a fully guided jaunt takes you down the Valley di Mulini, along a shaded path that follows the river to Amalfi and enjoy the picturesque Duomo. Explore twisting alleys and tunnels that are seemingly carved into the white-washed rock. Tonight, enjoy a farewell dinner with your guide.

DAY 6 NAPLES

After a hearty breakfast, your guide will help you on your way to the next destination with a transfer to Naples. Arrivaderci!!
