Day 1: Ljubljana Arrival

Arrive in Ljubljana and private transfer to your hotel. After some time for lunch and rest you will enjoy a private guided tour to explore this charming European capital. Visit Preseren Square and the famous Dragon Bridge. Relax next to Ljubljana River or take the funicular to the castle above and enjoy the view of the city.

Evening on your own to enjoy Ljubljana and its cultural and musical offerings. We can assist with dinner reservations.

During the summer, Ljubljana becomes a huge open-air festival. If you love music, theatre, dance or other arts, the cultural capital of Slovenia has a lot to offer. The famous Ljubljana Festival, with its more than 60-year tradition and top-flight international selection of artists, takes place during the summer. It’s main venue is the beautiful Križanke, a former monastery, which the famous Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik converted into a festival venue. Day 2: Bled – Ljubljana

Today you will explore beautiful fairy tale location of Bled Lake. After your private transfer meet your guide and visit the small island located in the lake with the traditional pletna boat. Ring the bell in the Church of the Assumption and discover Bled Castle. After lunch in a restaurant located on the island, your driver will take you back to Ljubljana. Arrival in the early evening.

 Day 3: Ljubljana

A day to explore Ljubljana’s museums and galleries. We recommend Slovenian National Gallery, which houses a collection from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. The permanent collection is divided by historical periods, and contains as much as 600 pieces of European and Slovenian art. Another must-see location is a Technical Museum of Slovenia, which is the largest of all museums. This building is in a beautiful natural fairy tale environment, 20 kilometers away from Ljubljana. And if you are up to something really different and modern, we recommend you visit The House of Illusions – a fun and unique museum based on an edutainment concept that, through a collection of optical illusions, remind us of that reality often is not what it is on a first glimpse.

Day 4: Transfer to Rovinj with Postojna cave B

On route to Istria stop and explore Postojna jama, one of the largest cave systems in the world. Drive the train inside the caves and explore one of the most unique locations in the world! Visit to the Predjama castle will be organized as well. Following free time for lunch continue to Rovinj.

Day 5: Poreč-Rovinj-Pula B, L 

After breakfast short ride to town of Poreč and tour of The Euphrasian Basilica, USNESCO world heritage site. After Poreč continue to town of Rovinj, iconic Istrian and Croatia town, for tour and lunch. In the afternoon visit Pula and its amphitheater. Return to hotel in the early evening.
