Steven James

Steven has been with us since the early days. Joining us on many cruise since 2019, he is loved by all our guests. His own love of movement began on the stage as part of Theatre Beyond Words, a theatre company that took him on tour across North America, Europe and Asia. Yet Ballroom and Latin dance kept pulling him. It was Jennifer Jones, CEO and Dean of Joy of Dance Centre and Teachers College who convinced him that he should pursue his passion. Steve is teaches American smooth and rhythm as well as West Coast Swing and Hustle.

Steven received his certification from Canadian DanceSport Federation in American Ballroom Smooth and Rhythm. His love and passion for teaching American Smooth and Rhythm comes from the deep belief that dancing is a fun, liberating and energizing experience that heightens awareness of the body and creates a unique connection between people. He is also known for his accomplishments in the world of Hustle and Westcoast Swing.

Eva Stelzer

Eva has been competing in dance and partnering with dance professionals for 15 years. An award-winning dancer, she began her dance career as a stage performer in musical theatre. Her competitive dance life included Latin and American Rhythm dance styles. She is a social dancer in American smooth, salsa, Argentine Tango, and hustle. She is a certified yoga professional and ISTD Certified teacher in Latin dancing. Eva has a degree in Physical Education from McGill university. She has been hosting dance cruises and organizing private luxury travel for over 10 years. Eva is an entrepreneur who went from being a Professor of Education to creating a business that focuses on her passions for dance, travel, and making new connections.

Guest artist Dr. Ari Levitt

Ari Levitt, MD

Ari has been partnering, teaching, and performing dance in the Greater Seattle area, nationally, and internationally for over 30 years.  An award-winning dancer, teacher, and performer, his breadth of styles include Lindy Hop, Swing, Balboa, Waltz, Blues, Ballroom, One-Step, Two step,  WCS, Salsa, Argentine Tango, Latin, & Fusion, and more. Ari gave up an active and successful career in medicine to pursue his dream of dancing around the world. He has traveled and taught in over 40 different countries, and is the co-founder and artistic director of  “world wide dance adventures.” We welcome Ari to our team.

Price includes: cabin fare, all meals, port fees and taxes.
